1. Services Offered
Beyond Perfect Cleaning Service LLC provides professional house cleaning, home organization, routine home cleanings, one-time deep clean, move-in/move-out cleaning, and detailed housekeeping services for residential and light commercial properties in Panama City, FL, and the surrounding Bay County area. Our goal is to enhance living and work environments through thorough and efficient service.
2. Service Appointments and Access
- Scheduling: All services must be scheduled in advance. We will confirm your appointment details.
- Access: You are responsible for providing our team with safe and unobstructed access to the property at the scheduled service time. If we cannot access the property, a cancellation fee may apply.
- Preparation: While we strive for thoroughness, we ask that you clear surfaces of excessive clutter to allow us to clean effectively.
3. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and No-Shows
- Client Cancellations/Rescheduling: We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of a confirmed appointment. Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours prior to the service time may incur a cancellation fee, typically 50% of the scheduled service cost.
- Company Cancellations: In rare circumstances, Beyond Perfect Cleaning Service LLC may need to cancel or reschedule an appointment due to unforeseen events (e.g., staff illness, adverse weather). We will provide as much notice as possible and work with you to find a suitable new time.
- No-Shows: If our team arrives at the property and cannot gain access or the service is otherwise unable to commence due to client absence or lack of preparation, the full service fee may be charged.
4. Payment Terms
- Pricing: Our service prices are based on the scope of work, size of the property, and specific client needs. A detailed quote will be provided before service commencement.
- Payment Due: Payment is due upon completion of services, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- Late Payments: Unpaid balances may be subject to late fees or interest charges as permitted by Florida law.
5. Customer Satisfaction and Quality Guarantee
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with our service, please notify us within 24 hours of the service completion. We will address your concerns and, if appropriate, return to re-clean any areas in question at no additional charge, provided the complaint is reasonable and verifiable.
6. Damages
- While our team exercises extreme care, accidents can happen. If damage to your property occurs as a direct result of our services, you must report it within 24 hours of service completion.
- Beyond Perfect Cleaning Service LLC is insured. We will investigate the claim and, if liability is established, take appropriate action to repair, replace, or compensate for the damage.
- We are not responsible for damage to items that are not properly secured, are unstable, or were previously damaged.
7. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. Information collected during the scheduling and provision of services will be used solely for the purpose of delivering our services and managing our business operations. We do not share your personal information with third parties except as required by law.
8. Safety and Chemical Use
Our team is trained in the safe use of cleaning products and equipment. We use professional-grade supplies that are effective and safe for most surfaces. If you have specific cleaning product preferences or allergies, please inform us in advance.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Florida.
